These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Legacy Events website (legacyevents.com or related domains), event registration forms, email communications, social media interactions, and all related services, information, and activities (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By visiting our website, submitting a registration, contacting us, or otherwise interacting with Legacy Events ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Attendee", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and Services.

1. Nature and Scope of Services
Legacy Events is an organizer of professional networking events, community gatherings, workshops, and related activities focused on business development, industry connections, and knowledge sharing.

What we provide:

Event announcements, descriptions, and registration information
Communication about upcoming, ongoing, or past events (confirmations, reminders, updates)
Access to event details when registration is confirmed
Important limitations:

No memberships or subscriptions currently offered.
Yearly Pass planned: We intend to introduce a Yearly Pass providing unlimited access to select Legacy Events for 12 months. Pricing, availability, terms, and conditions will be announced separately when launched.
No service guarantees: We make no promises about event quality, attendee profiles, networking outcomes, speakers, venues, dates, or any benefits. Events may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled at our sole discretion.
Participation in any Legacy Events activity is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Event Registration Process
Registration does not guarantee:

Event entry or admission
Specific seating, networking opportunities, or accommodations
Meeting particular attendees, speakers, or partners
Event proceeding as planned
Registration steps:

Submit registration form with accurate personal/professional information
Receive confirmation email (if approved)
Await further instructions regarding location, timing, and access
Registration capacity: Events have limited spots. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or waitlist registrations without explanation.

3. Payments and Refunds
Current status: The Legacy Events website currently has no integrated payment functionality.

Future payments: When implemented, payments will be processed exclusively through reputable third-party payment providers. You agree to their separate terms of service.

Refund policy:

All registrations and payments are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges for event cancellations, postponements, date/time/venue changes, speaker changes, or attendee list modifications.
Exception: Refunds or modifications only possible if explicitly agreed in separate writing directly with Daniel Filatov or Legacy Events management.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue unavailability, health emergencies, etc.) do not entitle refunds.
4. No Warranties or Service Guarantees
Legacy Events provides information and access "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Events will occur as scheduled or at all
Specific attendees, speakers, or partners will participate
Networking will produce desired business results
Website, registration forms, or communications will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
Third-party venues, services, or links meet any quality standards
Maximum disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, conditions, and other terms are excluded.

5. User Obligations and Conduct
By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information:

Complete registration forms truthfully
Update contact details if they change
Represent your professional affiliation accurately
Follow rules at events:

Comply with venue policies, safety instructions, and local laws
Arrive on time with valid identification
Wear required badges or wristbands
Respect staff, speakers, venues, and fellow attendees
Prohibited conduct:

Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe activities
Unauthorized recording, photography (except as permitted)
Commercial solicitation without permission
Damage to property or equipment
Consequences: We may refuse entry, revoke access, ban future participation, or take legal action without prior notice, refund, or liability.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All text, graphics, logos, designs, event materials, photographs, videos, and content on the Platform ("Content") is owned by Legacy Events, its licensors, or content contributors.

Limited license: You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only during your lawful access.

Restrictions:

No copying, reproduction, distribution, or public display
No modification, adaptation, or derivative works
No commercial use, resale, or sublicensing
No scraping, data mining, or automated collection
Team presentation: Images depicting team members are AI-generated for illustrative purposes only and do not represent actual employees or contractual relationships.

7. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
No liability for:

Event cancellations, rescheduling, or format changes
Force majeure events (weather, pandemics, government action, venue issues)
Personal injury, property damage, theft (except gross negligence or willful misconduct)
Business losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities from networking
Technical failures, data loss, transmission errors, or service interruptions
Third-party actions, content, products, or services
User interactions with other attendees or partners
Damage exclusion: To maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Events excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Liability cap: Total aggregate liability limited to amount you paid us (if any), or 100 EUR maximum.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Events, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of Services or attendance at events
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights
Your interactions with other users or third parties
9. Termination and Account Suspension
We may, at our sole discretion:

Suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice
Cancel your event registrations
Remove your information from our systems
No liability for termination decisions. You remain responsible for obligations accrued prior to termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law: These Terms governed by laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of laws principles.

Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction in courts of Düsseldorf, Germany. You consent to such jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.

No class actions: Disputes must be brought individually, not as class, collective, or representative actions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms posted on the website become effective immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

We will notify material changes via website notice or email where feasible.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or supplier failures.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire agreement: These Terms constitute complete understanding, superseding prior agreements.

Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.

No waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive future rights.

Assignment: We may assign rights without consent. You may not.

Third-party rights: No third-party beneficiaries.

Survival: Liability, indemnification, IP, and governing law provisions survive termination.
